The process consists of 4 phases: Mission, Vision, Value and Trainee (all eliminatory until effective).

Our selection process is carried out twice a year, each at the beginning of each semester.
To enroll, you must be enrolled in the International Relations course at PUC-SP. And fill our form with your details when the registration is open.
1st - Selection Process
The first phase is the Selection Process. During this stage, individual and group dynamic interviews are carried out, in addition to the delivery of a caif.
2nd - Processesonly Trainee
For those who go through the selection process filter, they go through the Trainee Process. This stage consists of departmental tasks that must be delivered, in addition to mandatory meetings, in order to show the experience and day-to-day of each department.
Value:
After the second filter, the candidate enters Valor, where he carries out the individual interview.
Trainee:
The third filter approves candidates for the Trainee phase.
This stage involves inserting those approved into the company's dynamics, carrying out tasks from all departments, in order to understand where they best fit.
This way, at the end of the Trainee there is the final filter and consequent acceptance of new, approved company members.
